Refund Policy
As it pertains to sessions, workshops, and products:
1. Therapy/Yoga Sessions
All scheduled therapy and yoga sessions require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the full session fee being charged.

Refunds for Missed or Canceled Appointments:

Appointments canceled more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds for Prepaid Packages:

Clients may request a refund for unused sessions in a prepaid package within 14 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been used.

If some sessions have been used, the refund will be prorated based on the standard session rate and an administrative fee may apply.

2. Workshops, Groups, and Events

Refunds are available up to 7 days before the start date of the workshop, group, or event.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by the provider.

If a group or workshop is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund or be offered the option to reschedule.
3. Digital Products and Downloads
Due to the nature of digital content (e.g., PDFs, workbooks, audio files), all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the product has been delivered.
Emergencies and Exceptions
We understand that life happens. Exceptions to this policy may be made in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, at the discretion of the provider. If you experience an emergency or significant hardship, please reach out to us directly at hello@thehealedpath.com.
To request a refund, please email us at hello@ thehealedpath.com with your name, date of purchase, and reason for the request. We aim to process all eligible refunds within 7–10 business days.
